Mix cream cheese, butter, eggs, vanilla and sugar together until smooth. Add one cup of flour into the mixture and then half of the buttermilk. And in baking soda, powder and salt, the rest of the flour and then the rest of the milk/cream. Do not over mix otherwise it will stiffen up too much.
As a bonus, add 1/4 cup brown flax seeds that have fermented in a honey-apple cider vinegar for 24+ hours.
Dice/Cube strawberries (or blend if you'd like strawberries to be fully incorporated). Fold the cup of strawberries in gently.
Bake at 350 degrees for 27-30 minutes. Toothpick test to see if fully cooked.
