Ingredients: Fresh sage, grapefruit, tequila, ice, grapefruit soda
Muddle a slice of pink grapefruit (flesh only, no rind) and several sage leaves in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and 1.5 ounces of silver tequila into the cocktail strainer, shake well.
Strain shaker contents into a rocks glass with ice.
Fill glass to the top with pink grapefruit soda and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and sage leaves.
